We use the details you share only to answer your roofing questions and contact you about your roof or a requested inspection. We do not sell your information.
What we collect
The inspection form collects your name, phone number, property address, roof problem, and permission to contact you. The chat may also ask for a preferred time and whether the problem is urgent. If you choose to share an email in chat, it is part of that conversation. Please do not send payment details, insurance documents, or other sensitive information.
The chat is an AI assistant. Recent messages are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. The chat history stays in this page's memory while you use it; we do not save full chat transcripts in our lead database. Cloudflare processes connection information, including your IP address, to serve the website and limit repeated requests.
Who receives your details
Inspection requests go to Aaron Brockup, the sales representative for JL Roofing Services LLC. Cloudflare stores the request and emails an alert to Aaron. These service providers process information to operate the form and chat.
How long we keep it
Inspection requests in the website's lead database expire after 180 days. Email alerts are separate copies in Aaron's mailbox; they do not expire with the database record. Provider records follow their own retention practices. Contact Aaron to ask about access, corrections, deletion, or to stop further contact.
Your choice and contact
You can browse or ask general chat questions without requesting an inspection. Before we save an inspection request, you must check the box allowing contact about your roof.
